Terms of Use

visainterview.in is operated by Seqnova Ventures LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office in Mohali, Punjab. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Seqnova Ventures LLP.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to use visainterview.in. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

visainterview.in is a preparation platform that helps users practise for U.S. visa interviews. The service collects structured case information, generates personalised mock interview questions, and provides feedback on practice answers.

We are not:

• A U.S. government agency or service.
• Affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or any U.S. consulate or embassy.
• Providers of legal advice, immigration advice, or visa consultancy.

Our service is educational and preparatory. See our Disclaimer for more.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during signup and onboarding.
• Keeping your password and authentication codes safe.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

One account per person. Do not share your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact us immediately.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user’s account.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise extract data from the service without our express permission.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or defraud others.
• Use automated tools to abuse our AI integrations or bypass rate limits.
• Misrepresent your identity or case details to third parties based on service output.

You retain ownership of the information you upload or enter, including your DS-160, supplemental responses, practice answers, and any voice recordings you make in voice mode (“User Content”).

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your User Content for the purpose of delivering the service to you, including sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Testimonials. If you submit a post-interview testimonial through our outcome survey, you choose a consent level at the time of submission that controls how (or whether) your words appear publicly. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the testimonial on visainterview.in in a way that matches that consent level (which can range from never displaying it, through anonymous or first-name-only attribution, up to your full name). You can withdraw the licence at any time by writing to hello@visainterview.in; we will remove the public display promptly. Withdrawing consent does not obligate us to alter or take down content that has been quoted in third-party press or content distributed before the withdrawal request.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your User Content. If the information you provide is wrong, the practice questions and feedback will be wrong too.

All software, designs, text, graphics, question templates, feedback logic, and related materials on visainterview.in are owned by Seqnova Ventures LLP or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the service as intended, but you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

visainterview.in does not guarantee that you will obtain a U.S. visa. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers based on your individual application and circumstances.

Practice on our platform may improve your preparation, but it cannot influence or predict the outcome of your real interview.

Some parts of the service are free. Paid features will be clearly marked, with prices shown before you commit. Payment terms for any paid plan are presented at the time of purchase.

How payments, cancellations, billing errors, and chargebacks are handled is set out in our Refund Policy. Where these Terms and the Refund Policy overlap on a billing question, the Refund Policy governs.

We rely on third-party providers to operate the service. The full list, with what each one does and what data it sees, is maintained in section 4 of our Privacy Policy. As of this version, that list includes OpenAI (AI processing), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Microsoft Clarity (product analytics), and Google Ads and Meta (advertising measurement).

When you use visainterview.in, your use of those underlying services is also subject to their own terms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their actions or outages.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete for your particular circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Seqnova Ventures LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) ₹1,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seqnova Ventures LLP and its partners, officers, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali and Chandigarh, Punjab.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify you by email or with an in-product notice. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
