How much does the prep pass cost and how long does it last?
The prep pass is ₹1,499 for 28 days of unlimited practice. Pay once; there is no auto-renewing subscription. GST is applied at checkout in line with Indian regulations. When the 28 days end, your account stays on the free tier with one practice session available; nothing is auto-charged and nothing is removed.
When does checkout open?
We are wiring checkout through Cashfree. Until that goes live, the prep pass CTA points at our contact form so you can ask to be notified the moment it launches.
What does the free session include?
One short session: full mock or focus drill, the neutral officer, and the lightning shape (3-5 questions). It is designed so you can see the full feedback flow without paying upfront. Per-answer scoring, dimension feedback, and your readiness number are included.
Why is the rest paid?
Every practice session runs through real AI calls and voice synthesis. Beyond a single try, the costs add up. The prep pass funds the questions, the scoring model, the feedback, and the team that maintains the question bank.
Will my free session count toward the pass once I upgrade?
Once you have an active prep pass, you have unlimited access. Your earlier free session counts toward your readiness history just like any other session.
What is the refund policy?
See our refund policy at /refund-policy. The short version: prep pass purchases are final because each session consumes AI compute the moment it runs, but billing errors and duplicate charges are corrected at no cost.
Do you guarantee a visa outcome?
No. visainterview.in is preparation, not prediction. Visa decisions are made solely by consular officers based on your individual case. We do not promise approval, predict outcomes, or substitute for legal or immigration advice.
